Support Services

Chromis offers the following optional support packages for all of our telephone and network solutions:

  • ChromisCare Support- 30 days of extended care after installation.
  • One year of technical support for products sold or installed by Chromis.
  • Administrator or IT support (some technical capability required, customer performs user interaction and trouble ticketing).
  • Email, web, or telephone based telephone support during business hours (business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time).
  • One year of software updates providing free bug fixes, minor software updates, major new software version releases (labor not included).
  • Includes full manufacturer warranty and software maintenance.
  • Discounts available for support renewals and multi-year contracts.
  • ChromisCare Managed Services Add-on service to ChromisCare Support. - Managed software updates – Chromis will perform controlled, remote software updates.
  • 5 minor move, add, change requests per month.
  • Offsite FTP automated backups of system.
  • Remote monitoring (SNMP).
